The Versa Aider is a quality wire loop / cable type aider made of semi-rigid cable with a durable vinyl coating. It is custom fit for the Shadow 16 Climbing Stick, but it is adaptable to many other climbing stick brands. With an easy, simple, silky smooth and one-handed operation, the Versa Aider stows and deploys quickly (in a couple seconds) when mounted on the Shadow 16 Climbing Stick. When stowed, the Versa Aider does not interfere with the seamless and super slim stacking profile of the Shadow Sticks. If purchased with mounting hardware, the hardware provided is specific to mounting the Versa Aider onto the Shadow 16 Climbing Stick only. Additional hardware for mounting the Versa Aider onto other climbing stick brands is not included.
Cable length (including eyelets) is 38", which creates about a 17" step distance depending on mounting position.
