WARRANTY INFORMATION (Versa Outdoors LLC)

 

2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

We warrant our non-apparel products against any manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase from Versa Outdoors LLC or any of our partner vendors to the original owner.  We will repair or replace any part or assembly found defective if the item claimed to be defective is returned to Versa Outdoors LLC postage prepaid within the warranty period.  For returns or exchanges, please see our specific return criteria and instructions found at Versa-Outdoors.com.

This warranty is void if any product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect (including but not limited to improper maintenance or failure to follow instructions), storage, improper use, misapplication, accident, normal wear, modification, adjustment, repair, or if purchase by original owner cannot be verified.  Instructions for proper use of our products are either included with each non-apparel product, and/or video instructions can be found at Versa-Outdoors.com and/or on our YouTube.com channel (https://www.youtube.com/@VersaOutdoorsLLC).

No other warranties whether expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply to Versa Outdoors LLC products.

IMAGE DISCLAIMER

All images used by Versa Outdoors LLC for our products are for illustrative purposes only.  Individual features such as packaging, item colors and shades, individual peripheral accessories/elements, etc. may vary due to adjustments in materials, lighting when photographed, and/or different computer or phone screen settings and color display.  However, the specifications of vital elements and characteristics of each product are correct but may be subject to change as necessary due to our continuous product improvement process.  Certain images may not depict the actual detail of the product due to finish variations and constantly evolving improvements of our product ranges. 

OUT-OF-STOCK & BACKORDERED ITEMS

Product availability is not guaranteed and/or may not be available for immediate delivery due to potential fluctuations in availability of manufacturing materials/hardware, unplanned events/conditions which may delay assembly, etc.  However, we will make every effort to accurately note and keep items in stock.  Certain items may be offered in limited quantities during, for example, initial offerings/launches of new products.  We will make every effort to ensure prompt shipping of all available items.  Only one shipping charge will be incurred per order, so additional shipment for backordered items will be at no charge to the customer.  Under rare and special circumstances, though, to avoid multiple shipments, we may reserve the right to ship your order complete once the backorder arrives.  We will strive to ensure you are satisfied with your product along with the purchasing experience.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Occasionally, we may offer our customers the option to substitute an item in color, size, or style to help ensure orders arrive in a timely manner.  Such substitutions will only occur with prior customer approval, and will only include items of equal or greater value.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

It is expressly understood that our liability for our products, whether due to breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, is limited to repair or replacement of the product as stated above.  We will not be liable for any other injury, loss, damage, or expense, whether direct or consequential, including but not limited to loss of use, income, profit, or damage to material or personal property from use of our products howsoever caused.

We reserve the right to make substitutions on warranty coverage for any reason, including but not limited to available parts.  The original owner may be responsible for shipping, handling, and/or processing fees for select or upgraded replacement parts.

Versa Outdoors LLC reserves the right to determine whether [or not] a warranty request will be honored.  Customers may be required to return a broken item or parts for inspection prior to a warranty authorization being granted.

RETURN & REFUND INFORMATION (Versa Outdoors LLC)

 

RETURN CRITERIA

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery of an item to request a return.  Additionally, you must ship the return item within 7 days of receiving return authorization from Versa Outdoors LLC. 

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if there is any defect, damage, or other issue.  Returns for manufacturer defects initiated after 14 days are subject to review by Versa Outdoors LLC. 

 

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and, if applicable, with all original tags and labels attached.  Items showing signs of wear/use will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for associated return shipping costs.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for any reason(s) not due to our error
  • Any returns for an item(s) that is not initiated within 14 days of delivery of such item(s) 

If you received an item damaged during shipping, please take pictures of the damaged shipping box AND item and notify us as soon as possible.

 

Items not eligible for return/exchange include:

  • Worn clothing/apparel
  • Customer damaged product
  • Stickers/labels
  • Items with wear and tear (i.e. scuffs and marks) from normal/typical use       

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email us at VersaOutdoors4@gmail.com to obtain return authorization.  Please include your order number in the email subject line, and please also provide a detailed description for the reason for return.  Within seven days after receiving return authorization, place the item securely in its original packaging if possible, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to us at:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping except in the event of manufacturer product defect or a shipping error by Versa Outdoors LLC.  We strongly recommend that you use shipment tracking when mailing your return, and we also recommend insuring the package for the appropriate amount.  If your return package is lost during shipment, please contact the shipping provider.  Versa Outdoors LLC is not responsible for lost return shipments.

 

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your exchange/return as quickly as possible.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and of the approval or rejection of a refund.  If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. 

 

If you believe your refund is running late or is missing, please remember it can also take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  Please check your account(s) and/or attempt to contact your financial institution first.  If you’ve done this and still not received your refund, please contact us at VersaOutdoors4@gmail.com.

 

If you request an exchange, we will make every effort to get you an exchanged item as quickly as possible.
